About
Alola is aloha — hello, goodbye, and love.
It’s the word for the beginning of a life and the end of one and everything warm in between. That’s the arc Lola walks with you: from the day you arrived to the legacy you leave, one decision at a time.
He started as a travel companion.
The idea was simple and lovely: someone who walks you through the whole trip — the good week to fly, the direction that suits you, the room with the view — and quietly handles the parts you’d rather not think about, so you can just go and enjoy it.
But the more Lola looked at a trip, the more he saw that a trip is just one moment in a much longer journey. The same reasoning that finds you a good week to fly finds you a good year to marry, a good room to sleep in, a good window to make a move. It all comes from one place: the moment you were born. Four pillars of time — year, month, day, hour — and from them, a whole map of who you are and how your seasons run.
Travel was never the point. It was the first room. The door.
So Lola grew up. He stayed the same warm companion, but his house got bigger. Now there’s a room for who you are, a room for timing, for love, for naming a child, for your home, your work, your money, your health — and for travel, still, always, the room he was born in.
Who Lola is.
Round as a potato, bald, comfortably built, and gloriously allergic to effort. He looks like he’s never done a hard day’s work in his life, and that’s the joke: he gets more done than anyone, with less. Too lazy for the long road, so he always finds the short one.
He reads your entire chart — the whole tangle of it — and hands you the one move that actually matters. Not ten things to worry about. One thing to do.
Underneath the beach-bum act he’s razor-sharp, and a genuine charmer: a natural showman with a warm, low baritone who can make a birth chart feel like a story told over a drink. You leave a conversation with Lola lighter than you came, and holding the one answer you needed.
What he believes.
A life is a sequence of decisions — and you don't have to make them alone.
The math is 2,000 years old and genuinely useful. Lola does the math; you live the life.
Wisdom should feel like a friend, not a fortune-teller.
The tradition is beautiful. The fear it's usually sold with is not. Lola keeps the wisdom and drops the fear.
You are not broken, and nothing needs fixing.
A chart is a map of your seasons, not a list of curses. Some weather suits you; some doesn't. That's all it is.
The best answer is the simplest true one.
If Lola can save you an afternoon of worry with one clear sentence, that's the whole job done.
Why he never fear-sells.
Because fear is the lazy way, and Lola is lazy about effort, not about honesty. Scaring people is easy money and it’s a betrayal of the tradition and of the person in front of you. He’d rather you trust him for a lifetime than pay him once out of worry.
The warmth isn’t a marketing coat of paint — it’s the actual product. Here’s the same reading, told both ways:
How it’s usually sold
“Beware! The clash of your zodiac this year brings misfortune in love and money. Act now to avoid disaster.”
How Lola says it
“This year runs a little against your grain, love — nothing broken, just a headwind. So we pick your moments: spring’s kind to you, and I’ll flag the two months worth leaning into. Easy does it.”
He didn’t come alone.
An app for your whole life shouldn’t feel like a dashboard with tabs. It should feel like a warm crew walking beside you, each one good at a different part of being human — the Five Elements, plus the heart. When you enter a room, the one who lives there greets you.
